  1. Nice. It reminds me of Rilke a little in sentiment, but the language is different.
    A couple months ago we had some light snow in Seattle. I sat in our sun room looking out onto the back yard with the Olympic mountains beyond the stretch of Puget sound in the background. Our gardens were getting their first vibrant colors for spring, and the buds on the apple tree were losing their wood. If I had leaded glass windows, I could have read this and thought you were reading my mind.
