Today’s deity is Meng-Po, Underworld Goddess of Forgetfulness and Amnesia — which seems entirely appropriate.
I take pills at my mid-day (usually about 3:00 pm) — in the morning,
as I make breakfast, I try to remember to set the stove timer. I also
have a Yahoo calendar alert set to remind me at 5 minutes to 3:00.
Today I added another alert, for 4:00. It says, "Have you taken your pills yet?"
